Scrap metal & clothing collection in Swinford
Swinford boxing club in conjunction with Swinford golf club are holding a scrap metal collection this Saturday & Sunday the 3rd and 4th of October. They will also be collecting any unwanted clothing. The collection point will be at the golf club Park Rd between 10am and 7pm on both days. If you have any unwanted metal items or clothing lying around the house or yard, this is an ideal opportunity to recycle it. You will also be helping to raise much needed funds for your local boxing and golf clubs.
All metal items large and small will be accepted over the weekend. Items accepted include scrap steel, farmyard machinery, aluminium and copper, cookers, copper pipes, gates, radiators and bycles to name just some items. Anything metal at all will be accepted.
