Your donation to Swinford Tidy Towns will be of great help to us. All donations will go directly to planting & maintaining all the hanging baskets, planters and flower beds around the town.

A donation of €20 to Swinford Tidy Towns will provide for a litter picker and pair of gloves for one of our volunteers.
€50
A donation of €50 will plant one of our 20 street pole hanging baskets with flowers for the year.
€100
A donation of €100 will supply one of our 16 dispencers with Mutt Mitt bags for 1 year.
About Swinford Tidy Towns
Much of the volunteer work involves litter-picking, planting flowers & shrubs, weeding, sweeping, watering & feeding flowers & plants and so on.

Swinford Tidy Towns were set up in 1996. We have entered the National Tidy Towns competition every year since.

What we Do
We aim to enhance the appearance of Swinford, making the town a more attractive place to live, work and spend our free time, for our community & visitors. To promote the environmental & historical assets of the area.
Volunteer
Would you like to volunteer with Swinford Tidy Towns? We meet every Wednesday evening at 7 (April to October) & Saturday mornings at 11am. We meet at the courthouse and vests, pickers bags & gloves are provided.

As well as monetary donations, we also accept other types of donations! Maybe you have some extra plants, shrubs or flowers? Maybe you have some leftover materials from a house project? We are keen to upcycle these items for use in projects around Swinford.
