Attention all budding photographers and photography enthusiasts. Leave No Trace Ireland are running Say Trees photo competition during the month of July. This is a great excuse and would be a great opportunity to visit and explore our local woodlands Brabazon Woods and show it off. Also there are some great photo opps along our riverside walks in Swinford. Take plenty of photos and enter as often as you like!
Leave No Trace are looking for all your best outdoor images that illustrates the rich diversity of Ireland’s outdoor adventures. Leave No Trace Ireland inspires responsible outdoor recreation through education, research and partnerships. These stunning images serve as a reminder of what it is we are trying to protect.
How you can Enter:
Initial digital submissions should be regular jpegs from your camera with no more than 1000 pixels along the longest edge and less than 400KB in file size. (You can use this free online tool to re-size your photos, https://www.resize-photos.com/ )
All entries must be submitted electronically. Entries will have to be emailed as attachments to firstname.lastname@example.org. You will receive an acknowledgement email after your photograph has been successfully entered.
Each entry must include the name, postal address, email address, telephone number of the entrant photographer, photograph title, and a description of the photograph subject matter, including where and when the photograph was taken. This information should be contained within the email.
