National Spring Clean 2024 in Swinford
Swinford-tidy-towns-Good-Friday-Spring-Clean-2024 volunteers.
Huge thanks to everyone that came out on Good Friday for our annual An Taisce National Spring Clean in Swinford. 42 bags of rubbish and recycling collected, including, 2 & 1/2 tyres, 1 truck tyre, 1 & 1/2 traffic cones, remains of a mattress, 2 jackets and half a jumper and 1 sock (???). Well done everyone (and those that missed the photo!).
Thanks to the National Spring Clean organisation for sending out the certificate for this years Spring Clean.
P.R.O. Swinford Tidy Towns. Committee meetings every Tuesday night at 8 in Gateway Hotel. Volunteers meet every Wednesday eve at 7pm (summertime) & every Saturday at 11am (all year) at No Name Club on Chapel St.
